FOCUS ON SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL TO RAISE YOUR ENERGY LEVEL

I always believe that the more beautiful things we capture, the higher our vibrations will be. In Japan, there is an old tradition according to which the pregnant woman must spend more time in the gardens watching the flowers and the trees to give birth to a healthy and beautiful baby. I deeply understand how vital it is.

When I was pregnant by instinct, I avoided watching the ugly faces of strangers. I have spent my time in the park or forest as much as I could without any recommendation. My body wanted it. When I watch some beautiful flower with drops of dew which is touching the sunny rays, I feel peace and something more than that. I love to stay and notice the details, the colours, the shining. When you are watching the beauty and trying to see more details, you are getting in touch with your soul life. At that moment you can see life's magic with every your cell. The feeling is impossible to be described with limited human languages. You have to experience it, so switch on again your Kuku Mood and find something beautiful that wake up your soul. Watch it with your eyes and soul for 15 minutes or more. You will feel more peace in your mind and will have more energy from that beautiful sip. Often, I watch my energy symbols which I already drew or some flower. I'm not too fond of dark winter colours, that's why my winter shoes are always in vital colours and beautiful. They always give me some joy and help me to keep my Kuku mood regardless of the unpleasant weather when I am walking. My focus is not on the grey sky, but on the colourful pattern of my shoes, and that truly brings me joy. You can find so many beautiful images on your phone as well. Feel what empower you most, and do that exercise whenever you see something beautiful. Wear something colourful when you feel upset. It could be gloves, a scarf, hat, shoes. It always will be in front of your eyes when you feel a little bit down. The colours will give you more than you can imagine. You are guaranteed! But first, you have to have eyes for beauty, and you have, haven't you?
